Michael A. Modica, PhD

Dr. Modica has worked for a decade in the field of education helping students achieve their goals and dreams.  He spent several years teaching students with learning disabilities in the Houston area before moving to the collegiate level. His insight into what students need in order to be prepared for college stems from working directly with them in his college classroom. During his time at the college level, he regularly advises students on course selection and transfer programs that best fit the student’s capabilities and desires.

Dr. Modica has also served his country honorably for almost two decades. His military experiences include serving in both the active duty and reserves for the United States Air Force, Navy, and Army National Guard. During his service, he has held positions in both the enlisted and officer ranks.
